Molly Delehey
I am a wellness educator with a playful approach to encouraging personal growth and well-being. I have over 30 years of experience teaching children, teens and adults.
I believe in the power of play!
In my career as a corporate trainer, improv performer, teacher and community educator, I delight in teaching and facilitating various groups of people as they immerse themselves in playful activities and learn from those interactions - Play with a purpose.
Play allows people, at any age, to relax and naturally connect with the activity along with the other people in the group. Through play, we are able to explore, connect and learn new ways of approaching our difficulties and stumbling blocks. It is an entertaining, illuminating and energizing approach to problem-solving and personal growth.
I am also a “Shake Your Soul” Yoga Dance instructor. I received my certification from the Leven Institute for Expressive Movement at Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in July 2019. I have taught classes at health and wellness centers, community centers, schools, colleges, camps, retreat centers and resorts.
During the pandemic, I held “Shake Your Soul” classes on my front lawn with my neighbors.
I focus on fostering a safe, non-judgmental environment in all workshops and classes to allow everyone to feel comfortable engaging, playing, discovering, learning and having fun.
